Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider, Hosting Provider, and other third party will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being filed properly.

We permit the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards:

All Reports will be reviewed and will be resolved within 7 business days of the report

Notification of Report

Any content found illegal will be immediately removed from the site and the member profile removed and banned from the site, there is no appeal process. to view content types deemed illegal please view our Content Creator/Provider Agreement

Content that may be of a copyright issues can be appealed.

The member that has been reported on will be contacted after a investigation of the content to confirm validty of the report, if found to be in violation that member will be presented the findings of the investigation, what action if any that will happen to the members site membership they have 2 business days to response back if they want to appeal at appeals@anrlife.com 

If there is no appeal to the site the following will apply,

1. The content will be removed from the site.
2. The member found to have posted the illegal or otherwise violated site standards profile will be removed from the site and banned.

If there is a appeal to the site the following will apply,

1.  The appeal will be reviewed within 7 business days
2.  If appeal is denied the members profile and content will be removed from the site
3.  If appeal is approved, notification will be given to member of appeal approval, member profile and content will remain.
